Providers/Early Educators. Are you taking care of yourself? Are you eating right, daily exercising, walking with or without a pedometer? It is imperative that you take especially good care of yourself. No one can do a better job than you. I love taking time and jealously guard it - letting nothing come in between precious moments to rejuveniate myself.

In these times of stress, aggravation and let's not even talk environmental takes its toll on each and everyone of us - children included." Let's take some time and breathe....I will be adding daily or weekly updates. I hope to open it up for a message board strictly for daycare providers/and teachers. This is a place where you can come and sit back and relax. Don't forget your coffee! Page is currently under construction. Please check back daily for updates!!!
